Agilent E5270B Precision IV Analyzer/Measurement Mainframe

The Agilent E5270B is an 8 Slot Precision Measurement Mainframe designed to provide accurate measurement ranges of 0.1 fA – 1A and 0.5 µV – 200 V. In fact, it is a comprehensive solution for I-V characterization of a variety of devices and materials. For voltage/current measurement and voltage/current sourcing, the E5270B supports multiple Source/Monitor Units (SMUs) with a remarkable current measurement performance down to 0.1 f, which is one of the best. The Agilent E5270B comes with a modular architecture that allows the user to upgrade or configure SMU modules as per their requirements.

This mainframe is offered with a robust, PC based program "EasyEXPERT group+" to provide users with the assistance required in all the characterization related tasks through GUI. For a rack and stuck test system, the Agilent E5270B can also be used as a system component. This model is one of the most viable solutions available for evaluation and characterization of devices, semiconductors, materials, active/passive components, or almost any other kind of electronic equipment.

The Agilent E5270B features a simple front panel with a user interface, which makes it capable of providing spot measurements as well. The E5270B supports E5280B (HPSMU), E5281B (MPSMU), E5287A (Atto Level HRSMU), and E5288A (Auto Sense and Switch Unit). This mainframe has several accessories available, including: a USB-GPIB interface, a GNDU to Kelvin adaptor, triaxial cables for SMU and GNDU, an interlock cable, and CD-ROMs (programs and drivers). The PC based software packages sold with the Agilent E5270B support Windows 7 Professional.
