Designed to operate within a frequency range of 40 Hz to 110 MHz at +/- 0.08 % basic accuracy, the Agilent 4294A is a Precision Impedance Analyzer. This model is known as an integrated solution for analysis of components, circuits, and effective impedance measurement. This model comes with a broad test frequency range and exceptional accuracy for High Q/Low D, which enables the model for the analysis of low-loss components. The test signal level range is 200 uA to 20m Arms or 5m V to 1 Vrms and 0 mA to +/-100 mA or 0 V to +/-40 V DC bias range.
The Agilent 4294A features error compensation and advanced calibration functions to showcase measurement error factors while executing measurements on in-fixture devices. As a whole, the Agilent 4294A is a robust solution for qualification validation, production testing, quality control, design, and production testing of a broad range of electronic components. This Precision Impedance Analyzer comes equipped with an 8.4-inch color LCD (TFT) set to operate at 640 x 480 (VGA) pixels. The x-axis and y-axis scales on display are linear and log type. With this model, the user can conduct various types of searches, such as maximum, minimum, peak, target, etc. There is also a 3.5-inch, Built-in flexible disk drive offered with formatting provision. The user can save information in the 10 MB non-volatile memory as well, which provides storage for binary or ASCII data, TIFF display graphics, and binary states.
