Agilent 4263B LCR Meter
The Agilent 4263B is a low-end, 100 Hz to 100 kHz LCR meter. It is equally effective for impedance testing in benchtop configurations and component evaluation on the production line. This instrument comes equipped with test signal level monitoring, high-speed contact check, and a cable that can be extended up to 4 meters. The Agilent 4263B can be used across a broad range of measurement parameters, such as: Theta, Z, Y, R, G, B, X, L, C, D, RDC, N, M, etc. This model can handle 20 mV to 1 Vrms AC test signal level in 5 mV step and it has 1.5 V, 2 V internal DC bias.
This LCR meter can boost throughput at any test frequency with measurement speed of 25 ms. The wide measurement range and accuracy make this model an ideal solution for precise measurements across electrolytic capacitors. The Agilent 4263B comes featured with front-end protection, a built-in comparator, quick test recovery, and a basic accuracy of 0.1%.
For its remote operation from an external controller, the user can operate the integrated GPIB interface. This instrument comes with a backup memory where settings can be stored for about 72 hours. This model can also check the contact condition between the device under test (DUT) and the test terminals to ensure the reliability of PASS/FAIL testing. The Agilent 4263B has four terminals on its front panel which are BNC connectors. These terminals are used as a connection point for test fixtures. A DC bias key is also provided on the front panel for simple enabling/disabling of DC bias output.
