Keysight 8591E Spectrum Analyzer

The Keysight 8591E is a simple to use RF Spectrum Analyzer that offers an extensive variety of execution, highlights, and optional capability to meet the user’s estimation needs. Downloadable estimation identities mix with optional plug-in execution to give custom-made answers for the user’s application. Perform complex tests rapidly with estimation identities that help applications like digital TV/broadcast, component tests, electromagnetic similarity, lightwave, and remote communications. Among all the options that this model offers, the most important ones are the option 010 (Built-in Tracking Generator with a range between 100 kHz to 1.8 GHz) and option 041, a GPIB Interface and Parallel Printer Interface.

This Spectrum Analyzer offers a Frequency Range between 9 kHz to 1.8 GHz, a built-in frequency counter, a resolution bandwidth between 1 kHz to 3 MHz in 1, 3, 10 successions, 130 dBm to +30 dBm of amplitude measurement range, and one-button measurement routines like adjacent channel power, third order intercept, occupied bandwidth power, percent AM, and signal bandwidth.

The 8591E counts with a phase noise of - 105 dBc/Hz at 30 kHz offset, 90-132/195-250 Vac; 47-66 Hz operation, an optional built-in tracking generator, and can be remotely operated. This instrument weighs 34 lb., and has a size of 163 mm (6.4 in) H x 325 mm (12.8 in) W x 427 mm (16.8 in).

This model can perform the most complex tests, has a save coding time with remotely programmable subroutines, and a quick Fourier-transform (FFT) that permits fast examination of the AM components of the signal of interest. But that is not all that this model has to offer. If you want to learn more, you can read the user manual on the
