HP Agilent Keysight 8566B Portable Spectrum Analyzer

The HP Agilent Keysight 8566B Portable Spectrum Analyzer is created for both system and bench use with exceptional features such as: advanced functions, distributed processing with a computer, preselected millimeter coverage, boosted processing speed, and a decision-making ability. The frequency range of this model is from 100 Hz to 22 GHz, but external mixers can extend this measurement to 325 GHz. The amplitude measurement range covers from +30 to -135 dBm. The sweep times are at least 20 ms.

The 8566B Portable Spectrum Analyzer has various options, which can further enhance the performance and power of the model. Option 002 almost doubles the internal processing speed, while throughput is improved by anywhere from 5 to 25%. This model also has two EMI receivers, which are suitable for military and commercial EMI compliance testing within the range of 20 Hz to 40 GHz.

The 8566B can be combined with the 85644A or 85645A portable tracking sources to measure reflection and transmission characteristics of devices and characterize intermodulation distortion, spurious products, and harmonic distortion. When linked with these portable tracking sources, the 8566B Portable Spectrum Analyzer covers a dynamic range greater than 125 dB all the way to 12.5 GHz and greater than 105 dB through 22 GHz.
