Keysight 83640A Synthesized Sweeper
The Keysight 83640A is a 10 MHz to 40 GHz range, Synthesized Sweeper. This model offers +/- 8 MHz max FM deviation, -70 dBc phase noise, and comes with a power sweep range of -20 dBm to maximum power. While operating at < 26.5 and > 6.5 GHz, the 83640A provides +10 dBm and +6.0 dBm maximum power respectively. This Synthesized Sweeper offers exceptional harmonics performance with at least 50 dB harmonics below the carrier from 2.0 GHz to 26.5 GHz and at least 40 dB harmonics below the carrier over 26.5 GHz. The Keysight 83640A supports the simulation of antenna scan patterns since it has scan modulation capabilities. For two-tone measurements, the user can achieve accurately swept and fixed frequency offset.
