Agilent 83630B Synthesized Swept-Signal Generator
The Agilent 83630B Synthesized Swept-Signal Generator has an IMMediate option giving a one-time override from ordinary descending way in an event identification state. The instrument must be in the condition of event recognition when IMMediate is received, or an error is produced and the summon has no impact. For instance, the instrument must be in the TRIG state for: TRIGger: IMMediate to work appropriately. If the instrument is in an inactive state, the order has no impact and a mistake would be produced. IMMediate is an event command and cannot be consulted.
The Agilent 83630B has an ODELay command that specifies the time between the source settling and the time the trigger out signal is sent. It instructs the Swept CW Generator to set the specified time as the delay to guarantee legitimate settling sending. *RST sets ODELay to an instrument subordinate esteem, typically zero. In this model, the ALC level is restricted at the low end by the Level Control Circuits and at the top of the line by the most extreme accessible power. Noise and drift limit the range at the low end to 13 dBm or more superior. The mix of RF frequency and RF components (different models of Swept CW Generator have different RF parts) restrain the ALC range accessible at the high end.
