Keysight MSO7014B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope

The MSO7014B is a 100 MHz, 2 GSa/s Mixed Signal Oscilloscope from the InfiniiVision 7000B Series by Keysight. This model features 2 scope channels and 16 digital channels, which can be used as high-speed timing channels to evaluate control signal interrelation. These timing channels can also be used to view and capture data up to 16 bits wide. With this model, the user will be able to trigger on and display bus waveforms or individual signals in hex or binary form. It is a practical solution for mixed-signal triggering, since it allows the user to trigger across any combination of digital and analog signals.

This model comes with an AutoProbe Interface, which is an excellent timesaving feature because it automatically sets the factors for probe attenuation and provides controlled power for active probes selected. This interface is compatible with the award-winning InfiniiMax Differential active probes 1130A and 1156A 1.5-GHz single-ended active probe systems. In addition, the Keysight MSO7014B can be set to operate for 23 automatic measurements with statistics.

The Keysight MSO7014B comes standard with analog EDTV/ HDTV triggering for standards such as 720p, 1080i, 1080p, and 480p. This model is capable of standard video triggering on any line within all fields, all lines, and even or odd fields for SECAM, PAL, NTSC, and PAL-M video signals. This mixed signal oscilloscope can also be used for CAN/LIN triggering through a unique hardware-accelerated decoding capability which keeps the scope responsive and fast. Similarly, it can also be used to time-correlate and trigger on FlexRay communications with physical layer signals.
