Keysight MSO7012B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope
The Keysight MSO7012B is a 2 Analog, 16 Digital Channel, 100 MHz bandwidth Mixed Signals Oscilloscope. This model is designed to collect samples at a rate of 2 GSa/s and has an adequate memory depth of 8 Mpts. With this general-purpose oscilloscope, the user will be able to capture large signals quickly, while maintaining a high sample rate. It is an excellent solution to find intermittent problems quickly because it comes with an update rate of 100,000 wfms/s. With tailored software supported by this mode, FPGAs can be viewed and debugged at much better rates. In addition, for quick debugging this model offers automatic search and navigate functions for serial data as well.
This model offers sophisticated performance characteristics for acquisition and accuracy. It is designed to handle a maximum input frequency of 250 MHz. This model has 500-ps peak detect capability and 8 bits vertical resolution. The Keysight MSO7012B can provide up to 12 bits of resolution in high-resolution mode. It has a ± 2.0% full scale DC vertical gain accuracy and ≤ 200 mV/div: ± 0.1 div ± 2.0 mV ± 0.5% offset value DC vertical offset accuracy.
The 16 logic timing channels of this mixed signal oscilloscope are labeled as D15 - DO. As far as the threshold groupings are concerned, it’s segregated into two groups, which are Pod 1: D7 - D0 & Pod 2: D15 - D8. This model can operate with an input resistance of 100 kΩ ± 2% at probe tip and 2 ns typical, channel-to-channel skew.
