Keysight DSO7032B Digital Storage Oscilloscope

The Keysight DSO7032B is a 350 MHz Digital Storage Oscilloscope designed to collect samples at a rate of 2 GSa/. It comes with 8 Mpts memory and up to 100,000 deep-memory waveforms per second can be handled with this model, even with digital channels and serial decode in service. This model can operate with 8 bits vertical resolution and 500-ps peak detect. In high resolution mode, it can show up to 2 bits of resolution (when; ≥ 10 µs/div @ Sample rate 4 GSa or 20 µs/div at Sample Rate 2 GSa/s). The maximum input frequency this instrument can handle is 250 MHz; it is also capable of detecting glitches as narrow as 2 ns

For more accurate results, there is a 5-digit hardware counter integrated into the Keysight DSO7032B.
