Keysight 6675A DC Power Supply

The Keysight 6675A is a DC power supply rated to operate at 0 to 120 V Output Voltage and 0 to 18 A Output Current. It is a single-output, 2000 W model with GBIP capabilities, built-in measurements, and programmable features. The protection features this model offers are designed to ensure DUT safety against power surges. This model also has a unique combination of low noise and high-efficiency operation. For noise control, integrated fan-speed controls are provided to minimize acoustic noise.

The programming of extensive protection features and the DC output can be done either by industry standard SCPI commands, from the front panel or via the GPIB. With the help of one GPIB address and the serial link, the user can connect a maximum of 16 power supplies. In addition to this, the Keysight 6675A is compatible with VXIplug&play drivers, which enable easy test system integration.

This power supply features extremely low ripple and noise that helps the integrated measurement system make precise voltage and current measurements. The Keysight 6675A comes with sophisticated programming accuracy and Readback accuracy. It can be programmed with a precision of up to 120 mV and 12 mA.

As far as the load and line regulation parameters are concerned, this model can operate at 4 mV and 1 mA. It requires less than 900 μs for recovery of the output voltage to within 100 mV, following a transient in load from 50% to 100% or 100% to 50% of the rated current of the supply.
