Keysight 6674A-J07 DC Power Supply

The Keysight 6674A-J07 is a DC Power Supply designed to provide 50 V, 42 A output voltage and current respectively. This model can perform exceptionally well when it comes to the programming accuracy. It offers up to 60 mV and 30 mA accuracy at 25 °C ± 5 °C. The 6674A-J07 operates with 1.25 mV ripple voltage and a readback accuracy up to 90 mV.

The Keysight 6674A-J07 is a highly efficient low-noise power supply created to offer low noise and ripple and exact built-in measurements of current and voltage. This model comes with remote sensing capabilities. It can drop up to half the rate of output voltage in each load lead. This drop in the load leads subtracts from the available voltage for the load.

This power supply is designed to operate at an optimum output programming response time with less than 15 ms rise and fall time of the output voltage. The change in the output voltage settles within 1 LSB of the final value in less than 60 ms. Another great feature this model brings is "Down Programming.” This feature allows an active down programmer to sink up to 20% of the rated current. It requires 1,100 W to operate at full load and 120 W at no load. The rate input power is 1,380 VA.

The Keysight 6674A-J07 conforms to IEC 61010-1 and is listed to UL 1244. The software drivers this model employs are IVI-COM and VXIplug&play. These drivers help in simplifying the test system integration.
