The 6673A-J03 is an extremely advanced DC power supply from Keysight Technologies. This model is an efficient low noise power supply. The 6673A-J03 offers many interfaces for control circuits and has a fan speed control option as well. The fan speed control enables the device to cool and helps reduce the acoustic noise. The fan speed control circuit provides the DC voltage to operate the cooling fan. This model has the output voltage of 0 to 37.5 V and a programming accuracy voltage 0.04% + 37.5 mV.

The 6673A-J03 comes with a GPIB controller, which enables the remote programming of the 6673A-J03 power supply. The GPIB programming comes with an SCPI command set. This ensures 6673A-J03 programs compatibility with other GPIB instruments. The SCPI programming also helps complete the calibration functions. The GPIB address is set through the front panel control of the instrument.  The 6673A-J03 ripple and noise voltage is RMS 800 µV. It offers ripple and noise peak to peak of 9 mV.
