Keysight 54520C Digitizing Oscilloscope

Featured with a Color, Flat-Panel LCD display and sophisticated triggering functions, the Keysight 54520C is a Digitizing Oscilloscope. This model comes with excellent performance and features that make it an ideal solution for digital design, research and development, or manufacturing testing. The 54520C has powerful I/O characteristics, including fully programmable GPIB (compatible with IEEE 488.2), RS-232 serial communication (bidirectional), and Centronics parallel communication (talk-only).

This digitizing oscilloscope supports various analysis/mathematics functions, including: versus, integrate, add, multiply, subtract, invert magnify, differentiate, and FFT. Moreover, through the peak detect function it can capture and display high-speed events or glitches as narrow as 1 ns at 250 MSa/s sample rate or less, while operating with sequential single-shot function turned off. In sequential capture mode, the HP 54520C can store waveform data of up to 400 Kbytes. This model comes with a powerful front panel that provides access to 23 automatic measurements. Besides this, the user can utilize the GPIB communications protocol to process automatic measurements.

With this oscilloscope, the user can store 4 waveforms directly on the instrument’s internal memory.  On each of the 2 channels, the Keysight 54520C offers up to 500 MHz of analog bandwidth. This model comes equipped with a standard floppy drive that can be used for storing waveforms, setups, and for installation or upgradation of the instrument’s operating system as well. This oscilloscope is pattern trigger enabled, since it allows the user to specify a pattern through any external trigger input or front panel channel.
