Keysight 54520A Digitizing Oscilloscope

The Keysight 54520A is a 2 Channel, 500 MHz Bandwidth, Monochrome Digitizing Oscilloscope. This model features 32 K memory per channel and offers up to 1 ns peak detect and 1 GSa/s sample rate. The 54520A Oscilloscope comes equipped with a 3-1/2", DOS-compatible disk drive to store and recall waveforms, setups, and screen images (PCX, TIFF, and EPS). The disk drive can also be employed to download instrument’s OS software or for its upgradation as well. This model offers up to 250 MHz and 125 MHz real time bandwidth while operating with 1 or 2 channels respectively.

The HP 54520A Oscilloscope can operate with 1 mV/div to 5 V/div and ± 1.25% of full scale dc gain accuracy. With this digitizing oscilloscope, the user will be able to achieve a record length of 32,768 points maximum. The Agilent 54520A supports low frequency reject and AC and DC trigger coupling. In its standard configuration, this model is offered with a monochrome CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) display. However, the variant "C" model comes with a flat-panel, color, and TFT display.

For better characterization and analysis, this powerful digitizing scope has standard FFT and single shot acquisition features. The HP 54520A offers up to 23 automatic measurements through the front panel or over GPIB. In addition, both lower and upper thresholds can be set in between -25% to 125% for each one of the automatic measurements in various modes, including: limit test, waveform, statistics, continuous, and compare mode.
