Keysight 53230A Universal Frequency Counter/Timer

The Keysight 53230A is a 350 MHz, Universal Frequency Counter featured with 12 digits/s resolution and 20 psec time interval resolution. This model comes with integrated math analysis and offers gap-free, continuous timestamps and measurements for primary modulation domain analysis. To do more with the combination of the instrument and Windows-based personal computer, the user can take advantage of the BenchVue Software. With this arrangement, the user can create automated tests and log data for quicker analysis.

This universal frequency counter is designed to provide the user with all their time interval and frequency measurement necessities. Also, this model offers continuous/gap-free measurements. It also supports software-based burst measurement. The user can employ this model to measure 6 to 15 GHz with the help of an optional microwave channel. The Keysight 53230A supports programming through its various onboard remote interfaces, which includes: LAN, GPIB, and USB. The counter display responds accordingly to the remote commands it receives.

The Keysight 53230A comes with a dominant display featured with soft function keys, main measurements, secondary measurements, channel configuration, softkey navigation, status indicators, battery status, selected channel, functions, etc. The Keysight 53230A Frequency Counter/Timer can also be operated by means of its web interface, which only requires a Java-enabled Web browser. The web interface offers access to the instrument`s SCPI command set. This instrument comes with an ability to present measurements in either numerical or graphical form. With Graph Mode selected, the data will be displayed in a histogram or trend chart.
